According to a past man friend - good food, good sex and major silence - are the foundation of any successful relationship for any man. Needless to say, I didn't last long - don't cook alot and love good conversation. Key for me is knowing your strengths and finding someone who appreciates them and willing to negotiate the rest.

Attractive, and engaged in living! I have a curious nature and love to get out and about. Not one to sit in front of the telly, I'm usually on the move in all facets of my life. I've lived in a few different countries, had one successful career (working on another), raised my children and separated the wheat from the chafe. Let's see what happens next!

Truly believe that good sex originates between the.... ears. A fine mind truly turns me on. Some of the personal indicators to me would be: healthfulness - self aware (mental), active mover (physical), connected to others (spiritual); also, directness, wit and playfulness are very attractive to me. If I could find these qualities in an older (50-something) man... I'd be highly motivated to negotiate the rest.
