What happens after I pay? Once you have paid, your account is immediately activated, and your period of subscription starts (for cheque or postal order payments this is usually on the next working day). If paying by NetBanx, you will receive an email notifying you of your payment. This acts as your payment receipt and the Reference on it should be used if you need to contact us for any reason. Your ability to have full access to the site is confirmation from us that we have actioned your payment. How do I renew my Membership? We operate a repeat billing policy. This means that once your initial membership period has expired, for your convenience, your membership will automatically be renewed at the same rate that you signed up for. That means even if our prices rise, your renewal costs are fixed at your signup price. Rebilling will occur only when your current payment period expires and not before. If you do not want to continue to use the site you can cancel the automatic billing any time before the collection date. We use Netbanx to provide a secure payment process and accept all credit and debit cards except Visa Electron. We do not hold any card details on our servers, which ensures maximum safety of your details. You can also pay by cheque, postal order or by your mobile phone. will need to cancel any repeat billing first. You will have full access
